- 4 large duck pieces
- 1 bar(s) fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tablespoon(s) oil
- 1/2 cup(s) white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Duck with Mushrooms:
- Cut the mushrooms into slices. Brown the duck prey in oil with the unpeeled garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the wine. Cook a few minutes and add the mushrooms. Cook over low heat until the duck is soft and the liquid has evaporated.
