Ingredients to make Boiled Lobster:
- 1 kilo of lobster
- 4 potatoes
- 1 lettuce
- 1 hard-boiled egg
How to make Boiled Lobster:
- In a large pot, cook the lobster for half an hour (if it is alive, tie it well).
- Allow to cool and cut below and on the sides with scissors, removing the entire tail and removing the black thread.
- Cut into very thin slices, placing them in a dish, some resting on others
- Peeled and split potatoes are cut in two.
- They are emptied with a teaspoon and very carefully, giving them the shape of a casserole.
- Peel the lobster legs, finely chop them with the hard-boiled egg.
- Mix and fill the potatoes, covering them with the mayonnaise sauce.
- Garnish the dish with the potatoes around the lobster, the chopped lettuce and all covered with mayonnaise.
