Ingredients to make Basil Shrimp:
- 600 g of clean shrimp
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 50cc of olive oil
- 4 shallots, chopped

- 2 minced garlic cloves

- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 can of tomatoes
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil

How to make Basil Shrimp:
- Flour shrimp, shaking to remove excess.
- In a skillet place the oil over moderate heat.
- When the oil is hot, add the shrimp and salt and pepper, sauté for a few moments.
