- 1 liter of vegetable broth
How to make Rice with Pork and Peppers
- Wash and cut all the vegetables.
- We put them to poach over medium heat with the olive oil, while we cut the meat into cubes.
- Once the vegetables are poached, we remove them and grind them in those cases that you do not like to find the chunks of the vegetables. We put the meat in the casserole with a little oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Once the meat is ready, add the crushed vegetables and the vegetable broth. When it starts to boil, add the rice and the bay leaf, and let it cook for 15 minutes.
