Ingredients to make rice with mushrooms and beer:

  • 1 lb. Of rice
  • 1 can of chopped mushrooms
  • 1 bottle of beer
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • a pinch of salt if necessary

How to make rice with mushrooms and beer:

  1. Place a container on the stove over medium heat, add the butter, the chicken stock, the mushrooms and stir for a few minutes, then stir the rice for about 4 more minutes, in that same order the beer and when dry add water (hot preferably) necessary for the rice to cook to your taste.
  2. Cover the container and lower the fire, leave it to cook for about 30 minutes.
  3. Plate for 3 people.
