Ingredients to make rice with mushrooms and beer:
- 1 lb. Of rice
- 1 can of chopped mushrooms
- 1 bottle of beer
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 2 tablespoons of margarine
- a pinch of salt if necessary
How to make rice with mushrooms and beer:
- Place a container on the stove over medium heat, add the butter, the chicken stock, the mushrooms and stir for a few minutes, then stir the rice for about 4 more minutes, in that same order the beer and when dry add water (hot preferably) necessary for the rice to cook to your taste.
- Cover the container and lower the fire, leave it to cook for about 30 minutes.
- Plate for 3 people.
