Baked Pork Leg Recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Pork Leg:

  1. 1 leg of 10 pounds
  2. Marinade – (Liquefy)
  3. Juice of 4 sour oranges
  4. 1 pound onions
  5. 1 head of garlic
  6. Pepper
  7. Laurel
  8. Green Chiles
  9. cumin
  10. Thyme
  11. ½ glass of white wine
  12. 1 tablespoon of broth
  13. Salt to taste

How to make Baked Pork Leg:

  • Blend everything and bathe the leg from the day before, inject part of this liquid.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours, check that it is well cooked.
  • Remove from oven and serve with sauce.
