Ingredients to make Bolognese Filling:
- 500 grams of ground loin ball.
- Fine herb salt (mixture of coarse salt, oregano, thyme and dry bay leaf).
- 1 unit of ripe tomato (large)
- 1 unit of large white onion
- Pepper
How to make Bolognese Filling:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Peel and cut the white onion into medium squares.
- Bring a frying pan over medium heat with a little vegetable oil. Add the white onion and let it sauté.
- Wash the tomato and cut it into medium squares.
- Add the tomato with the onion and let it sauté for approximately 10 minutes. Add salt and black pepper.
- Add the ground meat and add a little salt and fine herbs. Let cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Turn off and let cool.
- This filling is used for Bolognese empanadas and other recipes that we will make later.
