- 100 grams of Bresaola
- ½ unit of smoked paprika
- 50 grams of Capers
How to make Bresaola with paprika:
- Prepare all the ingredients for the elaboration of this antipasto recipe.
- Cut the bresaola (dried meat) into thin slices.
- Bake the paprikaat 200°C until it’s burnt. Then, remove the skin, the seeds and cut it into thin strips.
- Arrange the strips of paprika and the washed capers on top of the bresaola. Roll carefullyto prevent the filling from spilling out.
- Serve the bresaola with paprika and enjoy this antipasto dish.
