Ingredients to make Botifarra with mushrooms:
- 1 kilo of sausage
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 bag of mixed mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Oil
- White wine
- Pepper
How to make Botifarra with mushrooms:
- In a casserole with the oil we will put the chopped onion, the bay leaves and the garlic and season it with salt and pepper and brown everything
- While we cut the sausage into slices
- Add the sausage to the casserole and leave for a few minutes.
- Add the wine and the mushrooms, stir everything
- Add a little water, let it cook until the water reduces.
- Once reduced it will be ready
