Ingredients to make baked oysters:
- 12 oysters
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 teaspoons of butter
- 1 cup of crumbled bread crumbs
- Salt
- pepper to taste
How to make Oysters in the oven:
- Open the oysters, separate from the shells, reserving them, and cook in their juices and a little water, if necessary, for 3 or 4 minutes.
- Remove from the water and chop.
- Blend the tomatoes and fry in the hot oil.
- Add the oysters, parsley, salt and pepper and stir, cook a few more minutes.
- Grease the shells with butter and fill them with the previous preparation
- Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and put in the oven, with the broiler on, until golden brown.
