Ingredients to make Baked Crab:
- 80 ml of olive oil
- 5 chopped olives
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 5 chopped onion
- 250 grams of clean crab, the pulp
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 300 grams of white sin fillet
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Baked Crab:
- Fry the fish fillet in hot oil.
- Remove it and crumble it.
- Fry the onion and garlic, and when they are transparent, add the tomato.
- Season, add the parsley and olives, the shredded fish and the crab pulp.
- Pour the mixture into small shells or individual containers and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake about 10 minutes on low heat.
