Avocado with prawn’s recipe

Ingredients to make Avocado with prawns:

  • For 4 people:
  • 1 rate of cooked prawns (shrimps)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 Avocados (avocados).

 How to make Avocado with prawns:

  1. Add half of the lemon juice to the prawns.
  2. Add the celery, the egg, the salt and the pepper and mix with the mayonnaise.
  3. Cut the avocados in 2 and remove the pit.
  4. (Important!) Add the rest of the lemon juice to prevent discoloration of the avocado.
  5. Fill the halves of the avocados with the mixture previously prepared.
  6. Put them in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to cool them down before serving.
