Ingredients to make Avocado and Prawn Tartare:
- 250 grams of Prawn
- 1 unit of Avocado
- 1 unit of red pepper
- 1 zucchini unit
- 1 unit of small white onion
- 1 unit of tomato
- 1 unit of Lemon (juice)
- 1 splash of Olive Oil
- 1 branch of chives chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pink sauce
- 2 dessert spoons of Ketchup
- 1 dessert spoon of mustard
- 2 dessert spoons of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco (to taste)
- 4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
How to make Avocado and Prawn Tartare:
- To start preparing the tartare, dice the onion, tomato and zucchini. Mix everything in a bowl seasoning with lemon juice, salt, pepper and a pinch of olive oil.
- Next, cut the avocado and the pepperalso into squares and stir with the previous mixture. Let stand cold for a few minutes.
- Separately, cook the prawnsin the traditional way.
- Reserve a few whole ones for decoration and finely chop the rest. Make a pink sauce by mixing the mayonnaise with the rest of the ingredients and mix with the chopped prawns.
- Finally, use a ring to plate the avocado tartare with prawnsand place a base of the avocado mixture and on top the prawns bathed in the pink sauce.
- Add a couple of whole prawns to decorate… it will be very cool. And to eat!
