Aphrodisiac prawn cocktail recipe

Ingredients to make aphrodisiac prawn cocktail:

  • 10 units of Shelled Prawns (reserve the tail)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 pinch of Saffron
  • 1 unit of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 handful of fresh lettuce
  • 1 unit of Avocado
  • Dip
  • 2 units of egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley
  • 3 units of chopped capers
  • 3 tablespoons of Butter

 How to make Aphrodisiac Prawn Cocktail:

  1. Put the prawns to cook in water, wine, lemon, with the bay leaf, add salt and pepper and the saffron threads.
  2. Having a beautiful pink color, remove from heat and move to ice water. Drain.
  3. Peel and prepare the avocado halves, brush with lemon juice and lightly salt and pepper.
  4. In a bain-marie, place a container with the yolks and the rest of the ingredients until you get a thick sauce.
  5. Add a little of the prawn broth which we must let reduce.
  6. Place the lettuce, on top the avocado with the sauce, then the prawns and garnish with parsley.
