Ingredients to make Scallops in Albariño:
- 6 persons
- coarse salt
- bay leaf 2 leaves
- onion,1 chopped
- 12 large scallops
- virgin olive oil 300ml
- garlic 6 minced cloves
- lemon 2
- Albariño wine 1 glass
- parsley 1 branch
- breadcrumbs 50gr
- ham 100gr
How to make Albariño Scallops:
- Pour the oil into a saucepan.
- Once hot, add the minced garlic, as well as the onion and ham.
- Sauté slowly and add the glass of Albariño wine, until the sauce is well melted.
- In a dish, the scallops are placed with their shells, settled in coarse salt.
- Add the lemon juice to them and cover them with the sauce resulting from the stir-fry.
- They are sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
- They go into the strong oven for around 10 minutes.
- Remove and dress with chopped parsley.
