Ingredients to make Rice with chard:

  • 1 sprig of Swiss chard
  • 80 grams of onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Rice with chard:

  1. Before making this recipe with chard, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a pot with oil, fry the onion and garlic, all finely chopped, until both ingredients are soft.
  3. Add the chard without the stem, finely cut, and sauté for a few minutes until soft, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add 4 cups of water and wait for grass. Rectify the flavor with salt, add the rice and cook covered for 25 minutes until the rice is cooked.
  5. Serve the delicious rice with broth chard and enjoy. This chard dish is perfect for lunchtime and can be eaten on its own or served as a side dish with lemon grilled chicken
