Ingredients to make Rice with chard and cuttlefish:
- 350 grams of rice
- 400 grams of cuttlefish
- 350 gr of chard
- A good bunch of parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 grams of oil
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- 1 can of 400 gr of peeled tomato
- 1 liter of broth
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Rice with chard and cuttlefish:
- Clean the chard, wash and drain.
- Clean cuttlefish.
- Cut them into strips.
- Chop the garlic and parsley, sauté them in a saucepan with the oil.
- Add the cuttlefish and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
- Add the white wine and let it evaporate.
- Season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
- Add the chard, let them sauté, and add the chopped tomatoes.
- Allow the sauce to thicken for a few minutes and pour the rice into the container.
- Stir it well and let it cook, gradually adding the boiling broth, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon.
- Serve the semi-broth rice.
