Ingredients to make Rice with beef:
- 400 grams of beef ribs
- ½ onion
- 1 tinned bell pepper
- 1 pepper
- 1 pinch of Paprika
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 1 pinch of Saffron
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cube of beef broth
- 180 grains of Rice
- 1 jet of Oil
- 1 pinch of Parsley
How to make Rice with beef:
- We start the rice with beef recipe by peeling the onion and tomato. Separately, we remove the seeds from the pepper and cut it into Juliana; we also cut the onion in Juliana.
- Remove the seeds from the tomato, chop it finely and set it aside. We proceed to clean the meat by removing the bones. Then, we cut the beef into cubes and season them with garlic, parsley and pepper.
- Take a peeler, or large frying pan, and heat the oil. When it is hot, fry the onion and pepper until they start to take color. At this point, add the chopped tomato and continue cooking.
- When the sauce is ready, add the paprika to give a touch of flavor and add the meat. Sauté everything together for a few minutes and add the rice, distributing it throughout the pan. Sauté for a few seconds and pour water, or meat broth, until the ingredients are completely covered. Add salt to taste and saffron to give color to the beef paella.
- Let the rice cook with the beef for approximately 18 minutes over medium heat. Depending on the type of fire you have, it may take a little longer. When it is ready, remove it from the heat, cover it with newspaper and let it rest for another 5 minutes so that it finishes absorbing the broth.
