Ingredients to make Rice with wine, almonds and raisins:
- 4 5 cups of precooked rice
- 1/2 pound small raisins
- 1/2 bottle of red wine
- 1/2 pound sliced almonds
- 2 sticks of margarine
- 1 large onion grated
How to make Rice with wine, almonds and raisins:
- – Leave the raisins to soak in the wine, four hours in advance.-
- Precooked rice is also made, only with salt to taste.
2- Once the above is ready, melt a bar of margarine in a large fryer and add all the grated onion to it, over low heat for half an hour.

3.-When the onion is fried in the margarine, add the sliced almonds and continue to fry over low heat for another twenty minutes so that the almond slices are slightly toasted.
- – Then add the other stick of margarine and the raisins without the wine to the sauce, so that they are fried for another 10 minutes.
- – At the end, stir the already cooked rice, with the sauce and the wine and place it in the oven at minimum temperature until serving time.
