Rice with cauliflower recipe

Ingredients to make Cauliflower Rice:

  • 250 grams of cooked rice
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 1 unit of Cauliflowers
  • 3 dessert spoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 150 grams of grated cheese
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Cauliflower Rice:

  1. To make this delicious rice dish, remember that you must cook the rice in the traditional way. Also boil the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces, the onion finely chopped.
  2. Place the olive oil in a saucepan and brown the onion, add the rice and cauliflower a little broth and season to taste. Let it cook for a few minutes stirring so that the preparation is mixed.
