Ingredients to make Rice with beer:
- 350 gr. of rice
- 1/2 onion
- 50 gr. of butter
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 100 gr. of bacon in a slice
- 100 gr. of peas
- 1/2 glass of lager
- 1 liter of broth
- 4 tablespoons grated cheese
- Salt
How to make Rice with beer:
- Chop the onion very finely and sauté it with the oil and 20 gr. of butter.
- Add the diced bacon and the peas and let it fry for a few minutes
- Add the rice and let it cook.
- Pour the beer and let it evaporate.
- Add the boiling broth and the peas.
- Season with salt, if necessary, and season with the remaining butter and grated cheese.
