Ingredients to make Rice with bacon and mushrooms in wine:
- 250g of rice
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 chopped leek white
- 2 shallots chopped
- 100cc of olive oil
- 25g butter
- 200cc of cider, champagne, or white wine (your choice)
- 200g chopped smoked bacon
- 300 g of mushrooms, clean and filleted
- 500cc of chicken broth
- 200g milk cream
- Salt
- pepper to taste
How to make Rice with bacon and mushrooms in wine:
- In a frying pan, sauté the onions, shallots, carrots, leeks, bacon and mushrooms in butter and oil, add the rice and sauté it until it is transparent, add the 200cc of the alcoholic beverage you have chosen and let it evaporate, add the broth and
- Cook 5 minutes and add the milk cream, cook 5 more minutes until the rice is about to add more broth.
- Turn off the heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
