  • 4 potatoes
  • 250 grams of mixed minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 5 tablespoons of fried tomato
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jet of oil

How to make Potatoes stuffed with meat and cheese:

  1. Cook the potatoes in a saucepan with plenty of water and salt, without removing the skin.
  2. They can also be cooked in the microwave as I have prepared them, wrapping them in kitchen plastic and heating them for 5-6 minutes, or until they are soft when pierced.
  3. Cut the potatoes in half, carefully empty them with a spoon and remove the skin. We reserve the cooked potato that we have removed.
  4. We put a frying pan with a little oil, chop the onion and poach it.
  5. When the onion begins to take color, add the minced meat and fry. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste to enhance the flavor of the potatoes stuffed with meat and cheese.
  6. When the meat is done, add the fried tomato and cook it for a few minutes.
  7. We mix the meat and the cooked potato that we have reserved. Then, we fill the potatoes with the sauce.
  8. Cover the stuffed potatoes with grated cheese.
  9. Bake the potatoes until the cheese is melted.
