Ingredients to make Potatoes Stuffed with Ground Beef:
- 8 units of potatoes or medium potatoes
- 150 grams of ground beef
- 100 grams of ground pork
- 2 units of tomato
- 80 grams of onion
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 teaspoon of Parsley
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Ground Beef Stuffed Potatoes:
- Our first step to make the stuffed potatoes recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
- Wrap each of the potatoes in aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 200ºC for approximately 60 minutes or until soft.
- Once you have the roasted potatoes, cut them in half and remove some of the filling with the help of a small spoon.
- Reserve all the pulp that you remove in a bowl since we will use it later to make the filling.
- Besides, make a sauce of onion and tomato.
- Chop these ingredients finely and sauté in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil. Add salt, black pepper and garlic paste to taste.
- Add the meat to the pan, both beef and pork.
- Stir everything and mix well with the sauce so that the flavors are integrated.
- Next, cover with the wine and lower the heat so that the potato filling simmers.
- Rectify flavor and if you want you can add a little of an extra ingredient.
- Remove the meat from the heat and mix with the pulp removed from the potatoes that we had reserved.
- Knead these two ingredients until the filling is as uniform as possible.
- Fill the potatoes with the meat and sprinkle some fresh parsley on top to decorate.
- If you want you can add a little cheese and give it a touch of oven to gratin.
