Potato millefeuille with cheese recipe

Ingredients to make potato millefeuille with cheese:

  • 5 grams of fresh rosemary
  • 5 grams of fresh oregano
  • 5 grams of Marjoram
  • 5 grams of Basil
  • 50 grams of olive oil
  • 100 grams of Pasta potato
  • 30 grams of Serrano ham
  • 30 grams of salami
  • 120 grams of mozzarella cheese

How to make Cheese Potato Millefeuille:

  1. The first step in this recipe is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. To do this, we chop the aromatic herbs and add them to the oil.
  3. Separately, cut the potato into 1 mm thick slices and reserve in water.
  4. Cut the meats and cheese the size of the potato slices.
  5. Spread the potatoes with the mixture of oil and aromatic herbs
  6. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes, remove and let cool.
  7. Assemble towers in the following order: potato, cheese, ham or salami, potato, cheese, ham or salami, and finally potato again.
  8. Then, take to the oven at 220°C for 5 more minutes.
