Ingredients to make Rice Cake:

How to make Rice Cake:

  2.   4. While heating the leftover pea sauce with the reserved meatballs and sausages, pour the sauce into the center of the mold and gently tap the container on the work table so that the sauce settles and adapts better, add the diced mozzarella and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cover with more rice and level it with the back of a spoon and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and the remaining butter in small pieces cook in a preheated oven at 180o.C. Let it cool down for 35 minutes before unmolding it on a plate.
