Ingredients to make Spaghetti with meat and tomato:
- 200 grams of Spaghetti
- 350 grams of minced meat
- 1 can of crushed tomato
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jet of Oil
How to make Spaghetti with meat and tomato:
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water and a splash of oil for ten minutes. Wash with cold water, drain and put under the tap so they don’t get too soft.
- Make a hearty tomato sauce, over low heat. Accompany it with little salt, a spoon of sugar and wine.
- Buy mixed minced meat(pork and beef) and fry it in a pan with a little oil and some freshly chopped black pepper.
- When it’s a little done, add the tomato sauce so that everything mixes together for at least ten minutes
- Serve the spaghetti on plates and place the previous tomato and minced meat sauce on top, delicious!
