Ingredients to make Spaghetti with mushrooms:
- 400 g of spaghetti approx.
- 50 g. butter or margarine
- 50 g bacon or bacon
- 100g minced meat
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 can of mushrooms or 300 g of fresh mushrooms, cleaned and filleted
- 400 g of homemade tomato sauce or a brick of fried tomato
- salted
- white pepper
- Parsley
How to make Spaghetti with mushrooms:
- Cut the bacon or bacon into small pieces. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the minced meat and bacon, turning over low heat until golden brown.
- We sprinkle it with the wine and let it cook over a very slow heat until the alcohol evaporates.
- Add the mushrooms, stir it around and then add the tomato and cook for 15-20 minutes or a little longer if the mushrooms are fresh. Season with salt if necessary and add a bit of freshly ground white pepper and chopped parsley.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until they are cooked. Drain them and place them in a bowl, add the sauce and mix well.
- If we prefer we can serve it with grated cheese.
