- 4 quail
- 300 grams of red beans
- 1 onion
- 100 grams of carrots
- 1 red bell pepper

How to make Red Beans with Quail:
1.Soak the red beans the night before.
2.We cook them for 1 hour with a little olive oil and if you want with some vegetables but it is necessary because later we will finish cooking them with the quail and the rest of the vegetables. We clean the quail and open them in the middle.
3.Lightly fry with olive oil on both sides.
4.In the same oil, once the quails have been sautéed, poach the carrot, the onion and the peppers cut into julienne strips, that is, into thin strips. Add the cooked beans and the quail and cook gently for 15 minutes so that the flavors mix.
