Ingredients to make Potato Gratin with Cheddar Cheese:

  • 600 grams of potatoes
  • 1 cup of béchamel sauce
  • 2 dessert spoons of Media cream
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of Butter
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley
  • 150 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch of Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg

How to make Cheddar Cheese Au Gratin Potatoes:

  1. Wash the potatoes with a brush and cook them for 5 minutes. Let cool, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Sauté the onions with the butter and place them in a refractory dish. You can cut them into slices or feathers.
  3. Make a cream by mixing the béchamel sauce, the half cream and the natural yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bathe the potatoes with this sauce.
  4. Bring the dish with the baked potato preparation, sprinkle with parsley and cheddar cheese and gratin for a few minutes.
