Ingredients to make Potato and Zucchini Pie:

  • 1 unit of chives
  • 4 units of tomato
  • 3 units of Potato
  • 2 zucchini pieces
  • 40 grams of Cheese
  • 1 jet of Oil
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Potato and Zucchini Pie:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to make the potato and zucchini cake.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
  3. Place a layer of potatoes in a greased baking dish with a little olive oil and add a little salt and pepper.
  4. Next, we place the zucchini and sliced ​​chives. We have left the zucchini skin, but if you prefer, you can peel it.
  5. We put a layer of sliced ​​tomato and salt and pepper.
  6. We continue making layers of potato, zucchini and chives until the fountain is complete.
  7. Do not forget to put a little salt in each layer so that it does not remain soft
  8. To cook the potato pie, place the pan in the oven at 180ºC for 35-40 minutes.
  9. When the vegetables are cooked, add a little cheese and put it back in the oven until it is gratin. On this occasion we have used semi-cured sheep cheese.
