Ingredients to make Potato and chard pancakes:
- 3 units of Potato
- 250 grams of chard
- 2 units of Egg
- 1 splash of olive oil
- ½ unit of chives
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30 grams of semi-cured cheese
How to make Potato and chard pancakes:
- We gather all the ingredients to make the potato and chard pancakes.
- In a frying pan with oil, fry the diced spring onion.
- Add the chard cut into small pieces; let it cook for a few minutes and reserve
- Meanwhile, cook the peeled potatoes in plenty of boiling water until they are tender.
- Once cooked, drain and mash the potatoes with the help of a fork. Add a little salt and the eggs. We mix well.
- To continue with the potato and chard pancakes, add the grated cheese to the mashed potatoes.
- Mix all the ingredients: the mashed potatoes, the cheese and the fried chard with chives.
- On baking paper we form pancakes with the dough and put in the oven at 190ºC until the pancakes are gratin.
