Potato aioli recipe

Ingredients to make aioli potatoes:

  • For 2 people:
  • 7 u. medium potato
  • 1 raw garlic clove
  • 1/4 l. mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • chopped parsley

How to make Potato Aioli:

  1. Cook the potatoes with their skin on in plenty of water for 30 min. about.
  2. After letting cool, peel them, cut them into regular pieces and sprinkle them with salt to taste.
  3. Cover them with the aioli sauce prepared separately and sprinkle the parsley on top.
  4. Stir carefully.
  5. WILLOW: Crush the raw garlic clove in a mortar until it becomes a fine paste.
  6. Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
