Ingredients to make Paella express
- 2 Cups of long grain rice
- 2 cans of squid in its ink
- 2 bags of sea food mix
- 1/2 pot tomato sauce
- 1 cube of chicken
- 2 Tablespoons of stir-fry
- 1 envelope of seasoning with achiote
- a few sprigs of cilantro finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
How to make Paella express:
- Heat 2 3/4 cups of water in a rice cooker or cauldron and add the cube until it dissolves and add the rest of the ingredients, leaving the rice for last.
- Since all the ingredients are inside, we keep the heat high until the water evaporates.
- Then we lower the heat to medium, turn the rice over, cover it and stir it again in about 15 minutes and lower the heat a little lower again.
- We check if the rice is already cooked and ready
