Ingredients to make Arroz a la huertana:
- 3 cups of rice
- 1 small cauliflower, or medium large
- 1 bunch of spring garlic
- 200 grams of green beans
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 200 grams of peas
- 1 red bell pepper
- 7 cups of water
- Salt to taste
- Food coloring, or saffron
How to make Arroz a la huertana:
- The vegetables are washed well, the cauliflower shelled into small pieces, the pepper and the mushrooms the same, in a paellera or similar, add oil and sauté the vegetables in batches.
