Ingredients to make Paella with octopus:
- a kilo of octopuses
- three cloves of garlic
- two crushed tomatoes
- 250g of young garlic
- 500 rice
- a few strands of saffron
How to make Paella with octopus:
- Sauté the octopuses when they are done, add the young garlic, the tomato and the garlic cloves, sauté everything well,
- add the rice, sauté it a little and add the saffron, add 1 and a half of water and salt to taste, keep it on the heat for 20 minutes.
