Ingredients for Vegetable Fried Rice:
- 500 grams of cooked white rice
- 150 grams of cooked peas
- 100 grams of cooked beans
- 100 grams of cooked carrot
- 150 grams of whole mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 grams of Sesame
- 50 milliliters of olive oil
- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
How to make Vegetable Fried Rice:
- To start making our fried rice with vegetables, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- Chop the garlic cloves very finely to prepare our recipe.
- Wash and cut the mushrooms into thick slices. Reserve.
- Place a skillet over medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil and fry the mushrooms. Sauté for approximately three to four minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked vegetables (carrots, peas and beans). Add the finely chopped garlic. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Remove the vegetables and reserve to be able to add them later in our fried rice.
- Add the rest of the olive oil and add our white rice. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Add the vegetables and fry for five more minutes over medium-low heat. Turn off the fire.
- Serve our fried rice with vegetables accompanied with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
