- 100 grams of very finely chopped long or green onion.
- 250 grams of cooked white rice.
- 1 tablespoon of any flavoring you like (oregano, bay leaf or thyme)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic paste.

- To start making our easy rice pilaf, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- As we previously mentioned, having a common and ordinary cooked white rice to make our rice pilaf recipe.
- Bring a frying pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add our green or long onion with a little salt and pepper to taste.
- Once our onion is golden, add the rice and the garlic paste. Mix well until all the ingredients for our rice pilaf recipe are integrated.
- Finally add our flavoring in this case I chose dry thyme and stir all the ingredients well. Turn off the heat.
