  • garbanzo beans
  • sausages
  • 1 boiled egg
  • onion
  • pork ribs

  • peppers

How to make Traditional Stewed Chickpeas:

1.In the express pot we place the chickpeas that we will have soaked about 12 hours before with a little salt, the chorizos, the rib and the bacon, some garlic with skin and 2 bay leaves.

2.We close and let it cook from the time it starts to whistle for about 40 minutes (everyone should know what type of chickpea they have at home, it’s a piece of advice, thank you, the ones you have, you’re welcome).

3.In a high saucepan or saucepan, fry the chopped onion with some equally chopped garlic, add the paprika and the water from cooking the chickpeas, then the cut chorizos together with the rib and the bacon.

4.We rectify the salt and we reduce the broth to the fire until we get the bond of the broth. We add the chopped egg on top and sin.
