- 4 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/3 onion
- 1/4 cup tomato puree
- 1/4 textured soy
- 1 bay leaf

1.Soak the soybeans in water or chicken or beef broth for 10 minutes, or 30 if there is time.
