- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion

How to make Spaghetti with tomato sauce and prawns:
- Peel the prawns and boil the shells and heads (this water will be used to cook the spaghetti). Blanch the tomato for a couple of minutes to peel it. In a frying pan, put a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and add the garlic clove, the onion and the prawns. Fry for about 3 minutes and add the tomato cut into pieces.
- Add the parsley, oregano, sweet paprika, hot paprika, a pinch of sugar to reduce the acidity of the tomato, and salt. Stir everything continuously for about 5 minutes. Add two saucepans of water where we have boiled the shells of the prawns. Let reduce over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Pass all this through the mixer until a creamy and fine sauce is left. Boil the spaghetti in the water in which we have boiled the prawns 1 minute less than necessary.
- Pour the sauce into a pan and add the boiled spaghetti. Stir for one minute and serve. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
