- 400 grams of lentils
- 4 tablespoons of rice
- 2 artichokes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 piece of pumpkin
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons of fried tomato
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Lentils with Rice and Vegetables:
