  • 2 envelopes of crushed garlic

  • 1 bunch of cilantro ancho

  • 1 package of minced turkey bacon
  • 2 cups of white wine
  • 1 cup of Water (240 milliliters)
  • ¼ stick of Butter
  • 1 package of Raisins without seeds
  • ¼ kilogram of filleted almonds
  • 1 pinch of Saffron
  • 3 tablespoons of Sazón powder
  • 1 branch of chopped leek
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds
  • 1 handful of pumpkin seeds

How to make Christmas Rice with Raisins and Bacon:

  1. The first step to prepare this rice for Christmas with bacon, raisins and walnuts is to peel and cut the garlic and onion finely and start frying them in a pan with the melted butter and the chopped bacon until they acquire a golden hue.
  2. Then, add the wine, mushrooms, and water and continue cooking. Then add the powdered seasoning, saffron, pepper and cilantro.
