Ingredients to make Chicken Ham and Mushroom Risotto:
- 200 gr arboreal rice
- 100 gr mushrooms
- 1 white onion
- 4 slices of ham
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 30 gr red wine
- Parmesan
- 500 gr chicken broth
How to make Chicken Ham and Mushroom Risotto:
- List all the ingredients
- In a very hot pot with plenty of oil, cook the onion cut into squares, the mushrooms cut into slices, the chicken cut into squares and the ham in strips, this for approximately 7 minutes.
- After 7 minutes, add the red wine and let the alcohol evaporate for another 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes we add the rice and stir everything very well, when the rice looks transparent at the ends we add the tomato paste and mix.
- We add 2 tablespoons of chicken broth, this must be hot and we keep stirring until all the broth is absorbed, and we carry out this procedure until the rice is completely cooked, rectify the flavor with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve and taste with Parmesan cheese.
