Ingredients to make White Rice Bolognese:
- 250 grams of bomba rice
- 350 grams of minced beef
- 1 unit of chives
- 3 units of tomato
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 branch of parsley
- 1 pinch of dried Basil
- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cups of hot water
How to make White Rice Bolognese:
- The first thing to do is season the meat with salt and pepper. We reserve in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fry the garlic and finely chopped onion in a pan with butter and oil.
- Once the sauce is cooked, add the minced meat and stir everything with the pan over the heat until the meat changes color.
- Next, we add the peeled and chopped tomatoes along with the parsley and basil. Let cook over moderate heat while stirring.
- Once the meat is cooked, we add the rice to the casserole. Mix well with the meat so that the grains absorb the flavor of the preparation.
- We fry the whole rice and meat a little more and add the hot water. Remember that to make rice, the amount of water has to be double the amount of rice.
- Let the whole cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
- Let rest for a few minutes and serve the white rice Bolognese, decorate with a good portion of cheese on top. You can accompany this dish with some slices of banana and fried egg.
