Catfish Casserole with Shrimp and Onion Recipe
Ingredients to make Catfish Casserole with Shrimp and Onion:
- Diced catfish
- shrimp
- 4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- milk cream
- a bouillon cube
- 4 cups of milk
- toasted bread (scratched)
- two tablespoons of butter
- 1 medium onion (finely diced)
- 1 medium tomato (finely diced)
How to make Catfish Casserole with Shrimp and Onion:
Over medium heat, in a container with water, dilute the bouillon cube and a pinch of salt to taste, add the diced catfish and the shrimp, leaving it to cook for about 7 minutes, apart in a deep pan over medium heat, add two tablespoons of butter, the onion already diced, the tomato also diced, the garlic properly minced, let it sauté for 3 minutes, after that time add the catfish and shrimp to the undo pan (keep aside the broth where the catfish and shrimp were cooked) leaving fry in the satin undo, stirring constantly for approx. 5 minutes.
Then in the same pan we add two cups of the broth where the catfish and shrimp were cooked, let it start to boil, then add the 4 cups of milk and stir gently, when we see that it is boiling we add cream to taste, stir gently When we see that it is thickening, we add the grated toasted bread.
Let thicken.
