  • 1 kg of sea dates
  • two heads of garlic
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 glass of brandy

How to make Sea Date Casseroles:

Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Heat a frying pan with a little oil, sauté the dates so that they open and release all the water, which is the essence of the dish.

Next, flame with the brandy, add the garlic and chopped parsley. Stir and add the white wine. Cover and cook for a few moments over low heat. Serve in individual clay pots.
