Spaghetti Recipe with Basil Cream

Ingredients to make Spaghetti with basil cream:

  1. 500 gr. of spaghetti
  2. 200 gr. liquid milk cream
  3. 25 gr. of butter
  4. 1 sprig of fresh basil
  5. 1 clove garlic
  6. salted
  7. Pepper
  8. nutmeg

How to make Spaghetti with Basil Cream:

  • In a saucepan melt the butter over low heat.
  • Add the milk cream, a few pinches of salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Crush the garlic and basil in a mortar and add it to the milk cream.
  • Remove from heat before it starts to boil.
  • Cook the pasta al dente.
  • Drain it and place it in a fountain.
  • Add the sauce and serve.
  • Put grated cheese aside
