Recipe of Argentine Soy Milanese

Ingredients to make Argentinian Soy Milanese:

  • 200 grams soy flour
  • 200 grams whole meal flour
  • 1 tablespoon of gluten
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano etc.

  • Bread crumbs
  • Water, amount needed

How to make Argentinian Soy Milanese:

1.In a bowl, place all the dry ingredients (soy flour, whole meal flour, gluten, salt, pepper and/or any other seasoning you prefer.
