- 1 cup agglutinated flour
- 1 cup soy flour
- Salt
- oregano
- water (amount needed)
How to make Homemade Soy Milanese:
1 As they don’t have preservatives like the ones purchased, they last 5 days in the refrigerator.
2 Mix the two flours, salt, oregano, and water to form dough.
